"I bought my car 2 months ago on 10/30 everything was good. Until the next day the light on the climate controls went out. I notified my sales guy and he told me to contact service. I did that and they said they was going to order the part. Well 2 months later, I’m still waiting “on the part to come in” and that’s unacceptable. I understand that parts can take some time to get delivered but it doesn't seem like they care now that they got their sale"

I'm glad that I went back inside and asked about it before I left, or heaven forbid, discarded it. Speed is nice, but thoroughness and accuracy is better."
