"Refused to help tow us home because of the distance. Turned down AAA and left us stranded. The company claims they don't pay enough which is untrue. The rates are good. They were simply waiting for a bigger fish... a car crash... and didn't want to be off the road for hours. The company did manage to call me and complain while my wife and I sat there desperately trying to find a way to remove our vehicle from a dangerous situation. Later that day I was informed why companies like this avoid long hauls. It's not because the money is bad; it's because they would rather sit around and hope for a car crash. The fact that you left us in a bad spot says a lot about your integrity. Your clients are not dollar bills, they are people."
