"I WILL NEVER come back here again. I went in to get all four tires replaced and balanced. I just happened to be outside looking at plants and heard tires skid on pavement. I turned around and some young kid was doing donuts with my car around the parking lot, skidding tires. I told them about it and they said it was a “safety protocol.” I’ve talked to other mechanics and they say that this is NOT NORMAL. I will NEVER trust them to do another service."

"Went to get an oil change last week at Walmart drove the car the next day and my car started to overheat popped the hood and the return line for the antifreeze was broke (the only people who touched under the hood was the Walmart mechanics and the car was perfectly fine before this) called Walmart and spoke with one of the associates in the automotive section he was EXTREMELY RUDE tried saying they don’t even touch that part when you clearly have to reach over it to change the oil. My boyfriend then called the manager who said they would need a receipt and would check the camera he provided them with the receipt and they never got back with him has since called corporate who said they would have Walmart call us within 3 days and we have still not heard anything back going on the fifth day. Would not recommend taking your car there to get work done due to careless employees and obviously management does not care about the customers."

"Went in for a "45 minute" oil change. Took them 2 hours which caused me to be late for work. Last time they did an oil change, my car was leaking oil afterwards. They act like it's the first time they've ever looked at a car. I will never go back to the auto center."
