"I called last Monday morning about trying to purchase a vehicle from them. The woman was friendly and told me about two vehicles they had. I was told they were both having repairs but one was only getting tires. I reached out for an update a few times. The vehicle I was interested in was a 2014 GMC so I wanted to talk more about credit and finance options. I was told multiple times that I’d be contacted when there was an update. It’s over a week later and I have heard nothing back. Maybe the vehicle was getting more done than I was told but it doesn’t take over a week to replace tires. I completely understand that people are busy and I’m not a main concern but as I told the woman, I’m in desperate need of a vehicle being a mom of 3 under 4 and I thought this place really helps people. I didn’t get that. I’ll be going elsewhere to purchase, and honestly don’t waste your time. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to come in and discuss my situation and options the first time I called and wasn’t even given the chance. If you do decide to go there, good luck and I hope you get more help than I did."

I recommend them to anyone who is credit challenged."

"John 3:16 is awesome. I've been a customer roughly six months. They do everything. Payments are done automatically. Plates and stickers are gotten for you so you don't have to stand in line at the BMV. They can do all types of work on your car and let you finance the work, including tires. They always have very nice cars, and they don't stay on the lot long. They're all good people and they won't put you in anything you can't afford. I highly recommend them if you need a good reliable car."
