"This company has gone downhill. I used to get my oil change here in and out but lately you’ll have to wait for ever. Don’t believe on the less than 10 minutes as stated. I spend an hour and 20 minutes here for a simple oil change. They keep telling us that the car in front of us was getting extra service but the line I’m on is supposed to be the fast line. I called before coming and was told $101 for my model of car and -25 coupon it’s $76. I get here and I’m told a different thing and they arguing with me telling me that’s cooperate who’s telling that and it’s wrong. Then they keep working on different cars at the same time and the excuse is that someone called off and another tried to leave in a middle of a shift. Worse experience I ever have at Valvoline. Super ghetto. I never again"
"I always go to Valvoline to get my oil changed, and they always do a great job. But this location was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable, very helpful, sooo nice and personable. I will be back. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I felt so safe and like they weren’t trying to take advantage."
