"Brought my vehicle in, nice new vehicle with no issues so it's wasn't some wack job I was asking of them, but I took it in on day to have them look at the exhaust and give me an estimate on how much it would be to do a muffler delete, they told me that they can do it with what they have there and to come in next week, I come in next week, and now the story is they can't do it with the fittings they have there. Glad I came in twice. They were polite but I feel like somebody was making excuses and just didn't feel like doing the work. I suppose I'll do it myself"

"My check engine light came on, I called up Brown County automotive and spoke to Josh. He told me to bring it up we will scan it to see what was wrong with my vehicle. I kind of figured it needed a coil pack and plugs, and he scanned it and that's what it was. He order the parts, and install them within an hour. I have been there before four used tires and I am completely satisfied with their integrity and customer service! Josh done it in a timely manner is greatly appreciate it. I will be coming back to Brown County automotive for all my automotives needs from here on out ."
"These guys are great. They do solid work at very reasonable prices. They replaced the starter on my truck after my buddy and I couldn't reach all of the bolts. They've done some electric work, oil changes, and new tires as well. We trust them and are happy to support *local* business. We've never had any issues with anything. Highly recommend these guys."
