"It's been 18 years since I left Elkhart, IN where i felt like I had a great mechanic. I've lived in Oklahoma City, Germantown, South Bend, West Lafayette, Fort Wayne, Lima, Ogden, and now Batavia and during that time I've always found good enough mechanics. But this week I found a great one that went above and beyond, really listened to my concern and my families needs and did everything they could to accommodate us. They were very open about what the issue was and even showed me first hand what they found. While my car was in the shop they kept in touch with updates on status and part orders. I cannot recommend these guys enough."

"I came in for what I thought would be a huge issue with my car. I was able to get in to Tarvin’s the morning after my check engine light came on and my car was done by 1:30pm the same day (it ended up being a much smaller problem than I imagined). The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to the dealership repair prices I’m used to paying. Kim was so kind and explained the issue to me in a way I could understand. He also warned me about major issues that have arisen with my model of car. Nobody tried to upsell me on things I didn’t really need. This was the most pleasant auto repair experience I’ve ever experienced-I get nervous going for repairs as a young woman with hardly any auto tech knowledge, but I will definitely be returning to Tarvin’s and also will be recommending them to others."
