"I scheduled my appointment the day before, and was seen on-time for my appointment. The agent explained what I should expect from the checkup as well as estimated pricing. She also priced out some other things I plan to take care of in the future, and gave me a printed itemized statement to reference. They sent a video explaining their findings, and we discussed things that will likely need updating at the next visit. Pricing seemed reasonable for what I had done, but ultimately my car did not require a lot of work. It was a good experience and reduced my anxiety."

"During my time of unexpected expenses as a single mother of 5 in the service department, Amber, Brittany and Aaron they all were patient with me. They showed compassion and helped me figure out how to get my car back on the road at an affordable amount. I greatly appreciate them kudos to the Mazda service team!!!"

"After changing my Battery, and several other things. the very next day, My car started having trouble finding idle, and clicking under the hood like the electrical was still going after my car was turned off, until the battery dies. I took it back and told them about the problem, They said changing the battery would of not caused this problem, but we will look at it. They charged me 1000$ to replace Oil control Valve and do a throttle body service. I drove it 10 minutes home and turned off my car, And nothing changed, still having trouble finding idle and clicking. They said the parts were needed and "it's not clicking as bad" but the problems still presisted, car dies, and can't find idle. 1800$ later. They Said the problem is from the air intake I put on 12 years ago. Very nice people though. But I don't think I mor both sides of our families will keep using there service."

"I always get my car serviced here and they do a good job, I have never had any problems. They do a comprehensive check and talk you through any maintenance they recommend. They also don't hassle you if you tell them you don't want something done. Overall always a good experience, I've been using them for 5+ years."

"I scheduled an appointment over the phone to replace two tires for Friday at 2:30 because apparently that was the only time available I had to work that day so I told them I would drop the car off at 7am the day of the appointment so that ot would already be there for 2:30pm. Friday I drop my car off like I said I would and I got two calls and a voicemail stating that my car was ready for pickup at 9:15am very suspicious seeing that my appointment was for 2:30pm and I stayed several times that I would be at work at that time initially wanting a later appointment but the reason for that was because "they didn’t have a lot going on that day" but I couldn’t get any other time scheduled very suspicious. I’ve replaced tires before and got the exact brand of tires never had any issues until this appointment they gave me a random brand of tire that do not match the back tires on my vehicle the tires are clearly not new they were dusty discolored and there’s writing on the tires. I picked up my car around 5:30pm and there was only one person at the building and when I expressed my concern after looking at my vehicle before entering the building she just looked at me like a gold fish and said "oh well everybody went home for the day I don’t know who was over it" like is is really common so give me a completely different brand of tires that aren’t new on my vehicle when I’m the past that has never happened. I paid for this service but it looks like some random crackhead I paid in beer did this. I called at 9:01 am was put on hold to be transferred for 1 minute and 32 seconds still wasn’t transferred the person that originally picked up and answered the phone and she said I was the one that scheduled your appointment these are the recommended tires. After asking me what’s wrong with the tires I told her I didn’t like the brand and condition of the tires and my overall experience she then said we’ll Call you back it’s been over two hours and I’m still waiting. The place is already empty as hell for good and obvious reasons they’re constantly going to court and issuing check to people because the building and employees are sketchy as hell. People keep asking me why I still go there for maintenance and honestly I’m wondering that too."
