They were empathetic and professional in dealing with us, and our insurance company. Meredyth gave us detailed updates and made sure to answer any questions and help us with any concerns. Wood’s made us aware from the very beginning that parts can take a long time for new cars and worked with our insurance to make sure we had a vehicle to drive while our repairs were being done. We are so thankful they were able to reassure us throughout what could have been a much more stressful time.
