"Took truck in to get new tires and a steering and suspension safety check. This went well. Tires are Michelin Defenders, the same as the previous set. My wife dropped off the truck and went to play pickleball. I received a phone call about 30 minutes later from the management telling me my truck had been hit be another customer. So, while the service was good, the event as a whole was not. I gotta give kudos to the management during this. They did everything they should and everything I requested from; getting the other drivers name and phone number, taking and sending me photographs (see attached) of the damage and calling local PD to make the report. They were courteous and responsive throughout the ordeal."
