"The services my vehicle required, unclogging my panoramic sunroof drainage tubed, I tried calling several other places including a body shop, who all refused to look at my vehicle, stating, it's a dealer issue. I called Chips and without hesitation they said bring your vehicle in and we will check the tubing and unclog at the same time. I received professional service and to my surprise it didn't take long to unclog all 4 drainage tubing. They instructed me that should I see any water bring it back and they will correct the problem. "I have a 2023 and have literally been waiting since 8/12/23 when I filed the claim to have my windshield replaced. My insurance company uses Safelite as their preferred vendor and I’ve used them in the past. Initially the glass was supposed to be in the end of November, then it changed to December. When I took the car in the 2nd week of December, within 15 minutes they were calling me because they didn’t have all of the necessary material to replace the glass. I have not gotten an update on when the additional material will be other than there’s no ETA. Someone referred me to Chip’s Auto Glass. I went last Wednesday 1/17 to the Chamblee location and spoke with Nina. She sympathetic and friendly and explained that all I needed to do was have my insurance company switch vendors and they would take care of the rest. She called the next day to schedule me for Friday to replace the glass. The technician Darrell prior install ran over the expected time but he called and kept me abreast of his arrival. Once he arrived he was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the work. Once completed, he provided care instructions for the next few days. A repair I had been waiting for months with Safelite, literally was completed in 2 days with Chip’s Auto Glass! I absolutely would use them again and would highly recommend them to others!"

"Unfortunately had to hire Chips twice within a single month- both times answered the phone on the first call and had availability as early as 1-2 days out both times for a house call! Safelite was booked 2 weeks out for example. Chips is super friendly and easy to work with, got everything done and cleaned up the shattered glass for me.
