"This would have started as a 4 star.. Didnt honor coupon. Then argued about it. A year later the coupon. Is finally different. Was going on a trip and checked my oil 2 days after the change to find oil all over my engine. I hadn't driven the car except back home 1mile from the store. Called and talked to a tech who said sorry... Nobody asked name number or anything. Then it was time for another oil change, we only drive the car about 5to7000 miles a year. I figure sense covid all prices rocketed I would do it myself. My father was a ford mechanic and him and I have installed engines brakes rear ends etc. The nylon washer on the drain plug was missing, I cannot confirm it was there before, The worst was finding the oil filter on so tight I couldn't remove it I had to go buy a socket type wrench to go over the end cap to remove it. I dont know of the same staff is here, but there's more."

"If I could give it less than one star I would. So after waiting in the bay for approximately 40 min they tell us they can't get the oil filter to come off and that we would need to come back two days later when someone with muscle would be able to get the filter off. After leaving the bay I notice they didn't even reattach the heat shield under the car when I heard it scraping these ground as we drove.i didn't even worry about calling them and letting them know. Everything is good now. Toyota handled the issue. I wouldn't go to this place if it were the last place to get an oil change."
