"I chose this company as they are a smaller business and I try to support small business when I can. They were more expensive than Safelite but I still chose to give them a shot. 1 star as the installers were nice and polite. However, I did not notice until after they left there was pieces of glass all over my hood, glass in my driveway and glass on my dashboard. There were also 2 long scratches on my dash. There are also new scratches on my hood and glass particles on my grill. Not sure if they broke the old glass coming out or what. They did not clean up after themselves. I can live with the scratches on the hood, things happen but leaving the glass on the hood and dash plus scratching up my dash was unacceptable. It is my fault for not checking it out before they left. Lesson learned."

Not only was the quote from Chip’s Auto Glass lower than we seen in town, but the employee, Sean, was beyond helpful, went up and beyond than he needed to. So polite and matter-of-fact. He was honest and upfront. He was an older gentleman who had EXPERIENCE and it SHOWS in his work and customer service he displayed. Come to find out, he came from safelite, and left because this company matched his values on being fair and honest.
