"I called in to ask for a price and time estimate for getting an alternator replaced in my car. As far as I could tell the answer was "drop your car off and we will get to it sometime that day or the next, but I can't tell you the price until they are ready to work on it." This system seems to make no sense as it would seem to make their business almost unusable. The woman that I spoke with on the phone explicitly communicated that she would not explain it to me after I revealed that I was so confused by the way that they do business that she is effectively telling me to not do business with them."
"Terrible phone service today. The receptionist hung up on me twice without letting me explain my car problem thoroughly. I have used them twice in the past and they did a great job. I guess they have had enough of my business lol. Good luck. I hope she can do better for you! I am moving on."
"I had a few places that was over estimating my car and my boyfriend suggested this place that he drives by everyday. When I say Dave and John are great they are awesome! I had my car towed there and they fixed it in a few hours and I was able to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours! These guys are so great and awesome !!!!"
