When I called to schedule my second oil change with Overbeck, I was greeted with Mike asking me if this appointment would be for my 2016 Toyota RAV 4!! Really - when was the last time your mechanic knew the kind of car you drive! The employees are professional and they explain their services very thoroughly and they are 100% transparent about pricing. After they replaced my oil pan, they explained that the gaskets had to cure for 8 hours so they gave me a loaner car and had it ready first thing the following morning. "We’ve brought both our VW gasoline car & Nissan electric car here. The staff are super nice and very knowledgeable. They’re generally able to provide a loaner or ride services if you need to leave your car longer than one day or a couple hours. On top of that they try to help the customer out and have really reasonable rates. They’ll email and text and call with updates as they work, keeping you in the loop. They are very responsive and great at communicating details. A very customer centric staff and you’re not giving your money to a big corporation or dealership. You’ll probably walk away spending less money than the dealership and you’ll get better service overall. There was an issue once with one of our cars where I had brought it to 3 different dealerships and mechanics around the city, and none of them were able to figure it out. Overbeck was the only place that did, fixed it, and provided a loaner the entire time. Since then, I only bring my cars here. You can trust them to do good work. I highly recommend."
