"Arrogant and rude. 250 bucks for text-directions to meet-up (with multiple pieces of luggage) and then received an arrogant attitude when we were unable to find the meet-up location. Have paid far less for professional drivers to take the time to meet you at baggage and assist with luggage. Recommend you get an UBER for the same service with less attitude."

"Celebrated our anniversary. Randy was our driver. Highly recommend you ask for Randy when you need a car service. On time service, accommodated an additional hour or 2 for a night of fun. Very pleased with the car and service. This part is 5 stars. I had some concern with the booking process. Not sure they keep repeating to all clients the hourly rate. This is the reason for the 4 stars."
"I stumbled upon this car service back in July, 2021, when I was desperate for an airport pickup. This team far exceeded my expectations that I recently used them for again this Fall for multiple family members arriving to Cincinnati for a wedding. Of the 8 reservations each one was on time, waiting for arriving passengers, and guided to a clean, perfectly maintained, high end vehicle. From a sedan to an SUV (oh they do have van service too) the only difference is the vehicle. I will always be calling upon Exec Car Limo for all of my travels to the Queen City. You should too, you will have your expectations exceeded."
"My sister and I decided to use this company to chauffer my Mother to and from her 70th Birthday Celebration. It was the perfect enhancement to our small Covid conscious celebration we planned for her. Both drivers showed up on time and patiently waited for my 70 year old mother and her 69 year old sister to take pictures and their sweet time to enter the vehicle. Steven drove a Cadillac SUV on the outbound and Cedric drove a Suburban on the return. Both cars were late model and in pristine condition. The service these gentlemen provide was excellent and my mother is still talking about her experience. The experience and the service provided was well worth the money spent. My sister and I were so glad to support this black owned and operated business."
