"i went into mazda thinking i’d never get the car i wanted for what price i had to offer… i walked in and laid it flat out and after talking and very little negotiation, i got my dream car… i’m only 22 and i have a 2020 Mazda CX-5… i don’t own it yet, but i have it & will own it soon. i couldn’t believe it & 8 months later i still can’t. i recently took it to get a “free” oil change, inspection and tire rotation. it was a very easy process, it took about an hour and 15 minutes but it wasn’t bad & the garage was full so i expected it to take some time & was quoted an hour, so they were great! after they were done they even sent me a detailed video showing under my car, my breaks etc. i was blown away by that!! 10/10 recommend taking your vehicle here for their services! every time i’ve been here, i’ve had nothing but a nice visit, employees are nice and always greet with a smile! i’ve also gotten a few emails from the General Manager & it’s amazing how close i feel to random people at mazda!! Joel was the one who helped me get my dream car, he’s also amazing & i definitely recommend working with him! thank you Joel, Tony, Charles, and the mechanics, of course!"
