"They are experience and have very nice customer service. I called in for help because my engine light was turned on. I originally went to another auto shop to check and they gave me an outrageous repair bill that to replace the entire gas filling tube although the tube isn't leaking, just some rubber that isn't completely sealed. I called here to see if there is any hope for lowering the cost and J's Auto told me it was just the gas cap. He simply told me to buy a gas cap from somewhere else, and he can reset the engine light for me. I came here with caution that unsure if the problem was that simple since I known my car has a lot of small problems. And after i got there, they immediately helped and first checking with the engine light to make sure it is the problem I mentioned, and it was a yes, then reset the engine light. Their customer service did not end from what I requested. They realized my hood isn't closed all the way due to my hood latch is disfunction, as well as my hood lift rod holder is broke and therefore the rod will fly out every time release the hood. They used a plastic zip tie to tie over my broken rod to secure and fixed my uncloseable hood. I cannot be thankful enough for securing my safety this much. When I finally about to leave, I heard some small but noticeable cracking noise from my tire while backing up due to a minor scratch on my front bumper. I got off the car, they told me the reason of the cracking, but neither we saw the bumper is banned anywhere. One of the guy pushed the bumper by a little bit, and i can hear the sound that looks like it is back in place. And it eventually no cracking noise anymore so far. I truly love their customer service from my first visit, will be back for the future and would recommend this place."

"Can't beat this. Heat failure diagnosed CORRECTLY and fixed in about half an hour plus tire puncture sealed, all for about $50. We just stayed there till it was finished. This guy is experienced and doesn't complicate things - does repairs the simplest way possible."
