"They lie to you, sale damaged merchandise and act like it's your fault. I paid to put my items together they didn't complete and still missing merchandise they keep promises to bring. This is reference to the store in Columbia SC. They keep giving me the run around. Stay away for American Freight they are scammers!!!!!!A one star is to much for them. Beware!!!@!!"

"This company has a lot of false advertising stated that they would haul away my product. When they delivered the new product, but when I called them to verify delivery, they didn't even know that I had a delivery pending. Corporate states that they're having issues with online orders transferring over to stores and the store that I bought the product from has no way to pick up the old refrigerator because their warehouse is full I would not recommend them. Very poor customer service"

"I’ve called 11 times now to both the corporate office and stores. Have been apologized to by corporate who “doesn’t know how to do the return” three times now and have been promised a call three time with no call or resolution. I bought a bedroom suite online for my child and it was out of stock when I went to pickup. I would simply like a return of my money."

"Horrible experience. Wrong color bedroom set given. Zak Lied to me about not having drivers to deliver correct furniture. Was told to wait 10 days he would have a driver well 10 days came no furniture. Zak told me that driver doesn't have paperwork to drive! Really!!!!"

"Ordered an in stock dryer. My receipt clearly says it's to be delivered on today. They never called to confirm so I called them and they said it wasn't confirmed and there truck was down due to theft of a catalytic converter. The second time I called they said the truck was already out and my dryer was not on the truck. Will not ever buy from them again. Very deceptive."
