"The work they did installing my cabinet doors was sub par! They just move the hardware and never filled the old holes from old hardware! I’ve been waiting for one cabinet door for over 6 week and have been calling weekly but still no luck with setting up appointment for them to replace the one that’s missing! Very disappointed customer!!"

"This is an absolutely horrible company to work with in Illinois. Since day 1 there been issues. I began working with Ashley Brandon. When I started asking her questions her response was to completely ignore the questions that I asked her or to continue to demand payment for the project. I asked directly for the company's main phone number which she refused to provide. There were several mistake made. The first salesperson Steven Brady came out to my house. He told me to write my check to the Home Depot directly. The company said the check never cleared and cancelled my order without notifying me. I went to my bank to confirm payment. My bank said they never received a check to clear from this company. So the check did not decline ever. They cancelled the order before even contacting me. I called and spoke with Aaron Blevis who was condescending and demanding did not care about how the project was completed and just wanted me to pay him without trying to fix the situation. He even told me at the end do not sign the Certificate of Completion if you are unhappy. Just really disappointed with the professionalism of this company before even starting this project. I would have given 0 start yet not able to do this."

"Scammers that pretend to be Home Depot. They come in and promise the world, then provide subpar services with absolutely no communication. Aaron decided to charge my card before we even agreed on the project when I told him I needed to think it over first then. I recognize some of the 5 star reviews as people I talked with. So bad. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE FRAUDS"

"The communication early in the process was sketchy at best. Caitlyn was our first contact and was unreachable after we signed the contracts. We had decided to go with different hardware and could not get anyone to call us back. I then tried to reach Harry Murphy, the project coordinator, and he did not return calls also. A month later, we received a call from Josh Burbrink who scheduled the install. He was very reachable. The best part of the project was the installer, Aladdin. All the cabinet end pieces were measured wrong and it was another month before those pieces were in. Also, there was never a piece ordered for our small refrigerator. Aladdin did the measuring and they are perfect. He came when he said and did the job diligently. I would recommend him, but I don't know if I would go through HD, because of the miscommunications and with the problems with measurements. They also ran our credit card for the balance before the job was complete. The 4 stars rating is because Aladdin was very professional and knew his craft."

"We are very happy with our kitchen remodel, every one we worked with did a great job and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. Our salesman Scott S. was very patient with my pickiness and provided me with additional samples other than what he had with him. And ask for Max to be your cabinet installer, he did a wonderful job - was conscientious, detailed and kept in frequent communication with us. ( Before photo is last.)"
