"I can’t speak highly enough about Jessi at mattress firm in Dublin Ohio She worked hard to figure out which bed would be best for me at the price I could afford. Yesterday I went to mattress outfitters, and sales man Ricky told me I needed a $2000 mattress and I said thats too much. I still need a box spring, thats not in my budget and he said well things have gone up since you bought a mattress like three times. I said well my salaries not gone up three times. He showed me a couple other mattresses and told me I had to get the base that tilted my feet up. “ do you sleep when you’re in the hospital? “‘ I said I don’t because I’m propped up and they don’t leave you alone. When I found one that was OK and felt really nice he said,” if you sleep on that mattress for any period of time you’re going to need a chiropractor. You have fibromyalgia” I do not have that! Jessi on the other hand, showed me what it felt like when my feet were elevated and I could feel the pressure come off my hips and that’s important. She didn’t tell me I had to have it and didn’t shame me about my budget. She was kind and attentive to my needs. I was going to go to another store just to price things and check it out but I didn’t need to. Jessi also explained about the bed and how it works not just, you need this kind.
