"Visited Havertys for the First time and couldn't say anything less about it. Loved everything here. Came for Dining Table and Buffet Table. I wish I visited this place much earlier and enjoyed the Finest piece of Designed furniture at my Home. Our Sales Consultant Betty was Super Duper Awesome. She perfectly understood our requirements and suggested to us the best piece of Furniture. Living Room Sofas and Recliners are Top Class and are at High-End Price."

"Awesome experience shopping with Havertys. Sher was a huge help coming up with floor plan choices for our space and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment we walked through the door to the delivery of our new furniture a week later everything was perfect. This was a night and day difference compared to the 3+ month nightmare we had at another furniture store down the road (name starts with the letter “M”)."

"We were very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the furniture. Betty Trautman was extremely helpful with our selections and was very knowledgeable with the products. Those who love quality buy quality, those who believe in quality shop quality and we found that at Havertys. Can't wait for the delivery."

"Very disappointed. The wife and I stopped by the showroom at Polaris last weekend. We were looking for furniture to update our Great room. We talked to Khan, who was great in showing us around and helping us navigate the showroom. After having discussed several options Khan could see we were having trouble making a decision. To help, he offered a free in-home design consultation which we scheduled for the following weekend (one week later). The was a second meeting scheduled to present the designer's ideas to my wife and I after the consultation. It sounded really good, and I was looking forward to getting some fresh ideas after the designer saw my space. That's where it turns south. At 5:30PM on Friday (the day before the appointment) Khan calls and says the designer has some questions for me. The designer gets on the phone and the only question is about rescheduling the in-home visit to one where I send over measurements and pictures. He literally said he had a very large project that came up and he can't honor the original appointment. He said he was "too busy". Why didn't this happen much earlier in the week? Talk about unprofessional. Sounds to me like another more demanding customer took my time slot away. So much for ethical conduct. I guess my $15K project just doesn't matter to Havertys. I should mention, the designer offered to reschedule several weeks out, but what's the point? Why would I think they would honor the appointment the second time? Sorry Havertys, I had high hopes for your company, but that has turned to disappointment and disgust."
