"I have not been to Kirkland in years because years ago the products did not align with my taste. That is no longer true - I love it! It is similar to Pier 1 which I also really liked. Customer service was exceptional! The ladies that were working greeted me, were upbeat and friendly. After checking on me they continued working, cleaning, fixing a loose leg on a chair, putting out merchandise and making sure all the customers that wanted help had it. The store was neat, clean, organized and the displays were very attractive. I was looking for piece of artwork that I saw online and I wanted to see in person prior to purchasing. They didn't have it in the store because it was an online special but I was glad I had stopped in. I especially like the decorating amd practical items they carry for coffee drinkers. Also, had some cute bread boxes. There are so many items that I would suggest everyone stop in and check it out"
"I shop a lot at Kirklands. I was there last night to pick up 9 glass tumblers and patio art. I’ve relocated recently and drove there to pick up the orders I had requested be shipped. Told I had to pick up in store. Drove an hour round trip only to find, when I got home, I was given a box of framed pics not the tumblers or the patio art work. And while I was there I spent more money, over $200. So frustrating but it looked like they were training a new employee and a floating manger was helping out."
"I didn't even know they had seasonal items! And they're affordable while being good quality, which I appreciate. Went in looking at Halloween decorations and came out with a brand new rug that was $200 and I got 20% off by giving my email. Not a bad deal at all"
"Oh my goodness ya'll. I met one staff member here on Sunday morning who was amazing. I went in seeking a summer wreath with sunflowers on it and they did not have it. It was so pleased because when i mentioned it to the staff member she said "oh, well why dont' you just add some" and went and got sunflowers and used the glue gun on them RIGHT AT THE COUNTER and I went away with such a beautiful wreath! The décor is pricey but not as pricey as other places (like Hobby Lobby etc). I'll be back ….I'll definitely be back!"
