"My experiences at Value City Furniture have always been pleasant. My most recent purchase was a replacement mattress. The one that I originally purchased with my bedroom set was uncomfortable. I spoke with Chase in Sales and he was extremely helpful. He listened to what I was feeling when I slept on the mattress. My shoulder and hips always ached shortly after I climbed onto the mattress. Chase presented me with several choices in different price ranges and brands. Chase was quick to assist me onto and off of the different available mattresses. I wanted comfort and support. I have MS and sleeping comfortably the whole night through is a challenge. Chase shared his opinion when asked and did not try to push me towards one mattress over another. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, pleasant and very patient. I highly recommend shopping at Value City Furniture."
"I had the worst experience. I went and got 2 furniture this month. Got their best delivery package. The guys who brought the furniture were not very committed and could not fit one of them in to my apartment. So it was returned. I called the "customer care" and asked if I can come in again and purchase a replacement. To this, I was told that they will charge a 15% restocking fee. I told that this policy is not ideal and is going to deter people from coming back. The answer was- "its fine, you dont have to come back. We have to somehow make money". I was shocked that she said it. I will take my money somewhere else."
