"If I could give Negative stars I would. One of my employees is a friend of the owner. Our transmission gave out in our work truck so my employee called this guy. The guy quoted worst case scenario to rebuild the transmission $1800. Also said he could get started on it in a few days. It ended up taking a month to get it back, and the cost was $3,400. We were given a 3 month 12,000 mile warranty. 5 months later were are now having to replace the transmission again. My employee has tried talking to the owner ( his friend ) to see if he would take a look to see whats going on and he has been blowing us off. We took it to another shop and they found that there were bolts missing from when Suburan Automotive installed it and some other parts were put in incorrectly causing the bell housing to crack and metal shavings inside the transmission. The transmission is completely shot due to poor installation of Suburban Automotive."

"When I am traveling out of state and have, supposed, car problems I panic because I've had a couple bad experiences. I thought I had a coolant leak and stopped into John Miller's shop. He pressure checked the system and assured me I had no leaks. Since I was concerned about a higher than normal temperature gauge reading he changed out the thermostat, at my request. Thanks for checking out the system and we arrived safely at home with no further problems."
