"I took my 2011 Toyota Sienna to Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield for mechanical diagnostic and repair work. The Service Advisor, John, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained that the diagnosis would be finished that same day and called about 3 hours later with the results. I was expecting a repair bill of several thousand dollars after researching the symptoms online and was very surprised and pleased when John told me that rather than replace just the bad component of the differential, a great deal of labor cost could be saved by replacing the entire differential. The end result was not only was the bad component replaced, but also the entire differential is now brand new! And the savings were substantial, even after adding the extra cost of the entire differential. All in all, it was an excellent experience."
