"I called to see about getting an appointment being I only have the one vehicle and nobody I know to take me plus I work, they told me drop off I can't. He then said I could wait but could be half A day. I don't have that kind of time to waste especially if you have an appointment any should I wait that long? Ounce I read reviews and seen how unprofessional they are and how they talked bad a ladies dad hell with this place! I already know what they were going to do iv have several alignments throughout the years it doesn't take long to inspect everything but what they do is the oldest trick in the book. Find "things wrong" then say they replaced or replace for nothing to get more money. If anything needs replaced I'll replace it. Entire things seems shady but take that away just the way they talk to people made me take my business else we're!"

"Idk what kinda of certified workers this establishment have but they sure do take advantage of women and youth. I brought my spouses car three times here the last two times they didn't change the oil filter on top of the one time they did they didn't even put on the right one and it was too tight to the point it took the mechanic his whole strength to get it off which could have caused damages to seals but thank god it didn't. Shortly after caused a lot of engine and oil issues. I had my spouse go down and show them the filter that was meant for the car and the one they put on on top of having a certified mechanic of 50 years explain what went wrong he stated after over 50 years of working on cars he has never seen such a terrible job done by a shop that was such a simple fix and still they told both my spouse and the mechanic they were wrong. On top of the fact I got an oil change a month ago and thought the issue was a valve leak due to the cover but it in fact wasn't even after Jeff Wyler told me so and I payed for a diagnosic to be done. All I wanted was maybe an apology or any type of understand no money or anything just understanding and put themselves at fault. Never again will I go to this place, it's absolutely terrible how they treat their customers that keep their business going. Coming from someone that works in customer service this place absolutely is terrible. Funny thing is y'all's reply because I have video of the whole thing the oil in the car was black as black can be even after having an oil change a month ago. How little y'all know is that's not my grandfather it's my spouses from marriage and a well known mechanic. On top of the fact I have video proof of it all so if you would like me to bring it down I ofcourse can but ya know yall seem to not get the point and act completely defensive so at this point it's a waste of my time. You guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves."
