"I went into this location today and needed a bulb for my brake light on the passenger side. Now I have shopped here many times and they have been very short staffed but willing to help you. I have had them put bulbs in before no problem. But today I went in to get this bulb along with some car cleaning stuff and oil. After asking the manager if someone could pop the bulb in, he said no they don't do that. I said OK and left. Well he wasn't friendly and he lost out on a 40 dollar sale. I went right down to Advance and spent my money. I will not be going there anymore."

"I walked in and no one said hello, no one greeted me. It was clear that the man infront of me was working with the gentleman, but it was the fact the the lady with the black hair saw me walk in did not say hello walked backed to her computer to help her customer while the other lady with the blonde hair finished with her lady customer who seemed aggravated because they didn't have what she needed. I waited for about 1 minute to two before the PHONE RANG and STILL never said anything to me just picked the phone up to deal with a different customer. When I say that was the most FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE i will NEVER GO BACK."
"I will give them 3 stars only because of the fact that out of Auto Zone and Advanced, O'Reilly had the only employee who had taken the time to look up the part I needed and then go back to the stockroom to actually look and see if that part was in stock. The lines were very long. The other employees were moving very slowly."
