Mary from mitigation was awesome and kept me sane through the initial process, very nice and walked me through what she was doing. And Bo's construction team is still working on my house the two main guys Walt, and Dan have been phenomenal. Great sense of humor, awesome guys. Getting the job done in the best timeframe we have to work with. Can't wait till the whole project is done. Couldn't have got this far without those 4 people (as well as Another Dan), a supervisor who helped get through some road bumps on the mitigation side."

"I don't typically write reviews but our experience with ServePro was exceptional. I particularly want to recognize Jim Martin the project manager. Jim was professional, responsive and made sure the staff showed up when they were suppose and completed tasks in an efficient manner. It was refreshing to actually have contractors show up when they promise and get things done. We have two water claims within two weeks. Lightening could and did strike twice. Having Jim handle and coordinate the work relieve us of a lot of stress. I would highly recommend and not hesitate using ServePro. One other person that went above and beyond is Angela that deals with invoicing and filing insurance claims. Dealing with insurance companies is not easy but she made it appear seemless.
