"Their receptionist was very pleasant. The guys that came out were not very personable. Didn't even introduce themselves or tell me their names. They also could not fix my clog. They left my house in a complete mess. Debris splattered all over my walls and my floor. Took me 2 hours to clean up after they left. They only charged me for a service call though and they were here for several hours. I will give them credit for that."
"We called magic city and set an appointment, they cancelled day of and rescheduled for next day. No big deal. Next day comes i never received a call during the 4 hour gap they were supposed to come. I call back politely and ask if they were still coming out, lady proceeds to be extremely rude on the phone and then hangs up. I call back and she proceeds to ignore my calls. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend their customer service to anyone."
