"There is just so much negative things I have to say about my experience with the service department that I surely would not have the time or space to type it all. The staff was friendly enough (mostly)and they gave me a loaner to drive while they had my car ( for 3 weeks) but that is where the positive experience stops. In summary I dropped my car off for a recall service (free) and 3 weeks and $1800.00 dollars later I picked up a car that has run worse than when I dropped it off. I have barely driven it due to fear of losing the motor in it. This was initially a 3 hour recall service mind you. The staff like I said was kind enough but unorganized at best. I feel like maybe I had been taken advantage of and then tossed aside. I was trying to build a relationship with this dealership for my automotive needs but will go elsewhere for service and purchase of next vehicle. I am very disappointed and my car needs additional work to operate safely. I gave 2 stars for the loaner car I had while my car was in the shop."
