"I have been recruiting housekeepers for almost 2 yrs for them. Matt is very humble person but the only thing they don't pay after I send people to work for them. They are always requesting candidates to work but when is time to pay invoice they don't respond your text messages. That's not how you do business. Majority of their workers were referred by me and always there's a problem when is invoice time. Not a good service!"

"In 2014, we hired Matt Raynor to complete the renovation of our kitchen. We had just fired the previous contractor. Our kitchen was in shambles. Matt not only had to finish the renovation, he also had to fix the mistakes and shoddy workmanship of the previous contractor. The finished kitchen is beautiful! Matt is extremely efficient and skilled in his craft. He is punctual, honest, and trustworthy. In addition, Matt's gentle and affable nature made working with him a pleasure. Since then, we have used Matt's housekeeping service on a regular basis. We are very particular about the cleanliness of our home. Matt's employees are very thorough and accomodating. Like Matt, they are very hard working, honest, and trustworthy. One day, unbeknownst to the cleaning crew, I stayed home from school (I am a teacher) because I was ill. I stayed in my bedroom with the door closed. The cleaning crew did not know that I was in my room. I could hear their conversations as they worked in the main rooms of my home. I was very impressed by their professional demeanor. Although they obviously enjoyed working together, they did not engage in personal conversations. Their light hearted chatter was about my home; they were reminding eachother of the little details that are important to me. I was very impressed to know that whether I am home or not, I was getting the same wonderful service! It has been my good fortune to be the recipient of the services of Matt - and his lovely wife Meghan - and their company Brightside Cleaning and More!"
