"Sooooooo rude. At least 4 people working and I was the only customer. No greeting from anyone. All phone calls were taken before I was even acknowledged in line. Then once I was helped the guy was super rude. Commanded I put my card in, basically threw my receipt at me. Do better."
"Our car got a check engine light on and Don inspected the codes to figure out what the problem might be. We're very grateful for this free service. Two years ago they replaced a battery in my sister's car which we had bought at their store and it went bad. When we took the battery back they replaced it because it was still under warranty. They stand behind their products!"

"Literally the worst customer service. When I had to go to the desk and ask for help as 3 of them were at the counter, should have sent up a red flag. Then when I went and asked for the wiper blades I was told the size and that the rear wiper blade should be to the left. I looked it’s not. After having to double check me the sales rep says must be in the back. Then as I was trying to replace the wipers myself, even though the window says free wiper installation, I went in to ask questions and was told there’s a cover and a nut. You just have to pull real hard. I eventually gave up. I’m going to the Auto Zone maybe 3 more miles away and without missing a beat they changed them and sent me on my way. Avoid this place at all costs. Shear laziness was the only reason they didn’t help. No free installation at this location."
