The business has stated they tried to contact me several times but I had no other contact with the business after I confronted them about my issue."

"I was a customer for a few years. I always had issues with the folks in the office. Each year I was with them they would send me a bill that was incorrect, then call me after I got the right bill and paid they I would get a call to tell me that I didn't pay it. I ultimately had to provide my canceled checks to get that part resolved. The folks that actually did the work at my house were good. This year I had the same issues and I would not be able to abide further mistakes and issues. Ultimately my technician left and the office lost its ability to treat my home in West Virginia. After this happened I called in and let them know of my desire to cancel the service, since they had not called me to let me know they would no longer be able to service my home prior to the technician leaving. At that time I requested a refund of the money that I had paid upfront, they sent me a check that was less than the amount for the remaining months for which I had paid. The individuals in the office have not been helpful, and have told me that since they had to come out 3 times in 2 months to treat my home, they were going to treat it as if they came out for 3 months. I would highly recommend staying away from them at all costs. Given I can not respond to their response of saying they sent me back my money. They didn't send back to me what they owed me. I have filed a complaint with he Attorney's General office. I will update this as it needs to keep this review accurate. Update… This morning I picked up a letter I had to sign for at the post office that contained a check for the last of the money owed. I consider the matter now closed."
