"This was the best dealer I've ever been. Nowdays when you go to dealer it takes 5 days just to look at your truck and another 5 days or more weeks to get it fixed BUT in this dealer all employees from front desk to mechanics are all nice and helpful. My truck was towed here. So I only spent one night in motel and next day by 4 PM it was fixed, I thank all of them !!!"

"We had a fantastic experience with the staff at Cerni Motor Sales / International Dealer. My driver picked up a load and could not get his tandems to slide forward. Luckily, I called and Cerni had some open capacity and was able to determine that I needed 2 break chambers on the trailer as they were not grabbing enough to slide the tandems. I figured being on the road this was going to be an expensive bill....but.....absolutely a great deal for very quick service being out on the road. The staff was very professional, got to the point and didn't screw me on the bill (which I feel is a very important thing to look at in a repair shop). Companies send way too much on repairs, especially on the road. All I can say is I had a great experience with this repair shop and if I am in the area again, I will definitely use them again. Thank you for your honesty and ability to get my driver out quickly."
