"People were rude and told me I was a lair. Told me that they would not release my car even though there was no hold on it. They acted like I was dumb and tried to tell me how to drive. They even called the people I was with to confirm what I was saying was true. When they finally showed up to give me the car it was not the right one, not even the same make. I even called the next day to try to make a complaint and discuss the situation. The lady apologized and said she would take care of it but was rude and kept cutting me off."
