"Simply lacking in common sense customer service. Dropped off clothes the week before Christmas to ensure they would be ready in time for the holidays. Pickup date was 12/23. Snowed that morning and the cleaners closed due to weather (although someone got there to put up a sign). Holiday hours had them closed 12/24, 25 and 26 (and again 12/31, 1/1 and 1/2). I understand they can’t control the weather, but it would have been nice to open for a few hours on 12/24 so customers could get their clothes needed for the holiday. I will be looking for a new cleaner when I really need something cleaned in late December next year."

"I agree with the first reviewers comment. I dropped off a brand new jacket that came home with a spot...on the lower left side. I could see that being my issue, but it wasn’t just the left side there were spots on the exact same location on the right side. The jacket came home with a tag on it but no one said anything about it. That was the first coat. I had a second coat cleaned for $17 a separate time . It came home with hair still on the cost. I sent it on to be cleaned and it came home almost the same way it went in. I’m a new customer but it isn’t looking good so far. I typically have pretty nice clothes dry cleaned, but I’m not trusting what I’ve seen so far from this place."
