"Rouen did an excellent job repairing the corrosion on the hood and sliding doors on our Pacifica. The paint and alignment of the new parts were perfect and the car looks like new again. I would definitely recommend Rouen for body repairs done right."
"The communication regarding repairs was the worst I've ever experienced with any type of business. There were so many instances where I would call and check in and no one would pick up despite it being during normal business hours. I left a few voicemails and was lucky to get any response. I was told that the repair was going to be 1-2 weeks but ended up being around 6-7 weeks. They kept pushing back my pickup date, which is fine except they wouldn't tell me until the day I was supposed to pick it up and there was one instances where they didn't tell me until the day after I was supposed to pick it up. Absolutely worst communication ever!"
"Horrible service, no communication whatsoever. Kept having to call on my own to get updated on my car. After they finished it turns out they lied and caused more damage to the car. Dealer had to bill them to replace some sensors. Car is was returned dirty, not cleaned properly and a mess on the interior. Also wrong tires were ordered and I was never told, until car was partially done. Car was then towed to dealer for additional service, dealer couldn’t diagnose the issue for a couple days. Please do not go here for repairs, this place is a nightmare. They will not communicate with you at all even if you ask them to call they will wait until the latest possible time to call you back. They wouldn’t even talk to the dealership when they called. Also they will lie and not tell you how long the repair will take. Stay away!!"
"A deer side swiped my driver side fender and door took out my mirror the wait to get it back was longer made it a lil frustrating not having my vehicle a week before Christmas until now just getting it back but it looks great did an awesome job!!! Thank you for being patient with me calling all the time to check the progress."
