"They have another shop in Luckey OH. Instead of them putting address along notice on door I had to call. Also my dispatch should have already taken care getting updated info for stuff like this. Instead I had to just sit here wasting my clock waiting on confirmation to head on towards shop. The other location is 40miles away."
