"How is this place worse than valvoline in the hood?? Same amount of people and they manage without problem to get cars in and out within 10-15 minutes. I've been to this one 4 times now in 6 months and everytime, the extremely large man comes out at a pace of 0.5 mph w the most unenthusiated look of anger and distress on his face to let you know, that even though they're down to the same amount of staffing that I've experienced at other shops, they just can't manage to do it and we'll be waiting all day. I get it, being understaffed, under budgeted and under paid is no fun, but again.. Not experiencing this at other valvolines in less favorable places around the surrounding area. I'll make a post at secor or maumee location when I get in."
"They changed my Battery with no issues what so ever made sure I was topped of with window washer fluid and if there was anything else that they could do for me. This was my second time back. 1st time was for an oil change. They are all friendly as can be even for a very busy Thursday evening thwy all still smiled and greeted you smiling faces. And then waved bye to me and told me ne have a good rest of my evening. What professionalism they all showed to me."
"First time customer. I plan to return again. All the employees were hard working and got me in and out in a timely manner despite being very busy . I used a coupon and received an oil change and wiper blades for 60.00. I am happy with the service I received."
"Cordial, quick, polite. Excellent service. Knocked off one star as they are a bit pricy. I spent $70 for an oil change that cost me $47,$48,and $52 for my last three visits to my regular service crew. That's apples to apples also . Like all the instant oil change joints they try to sell other services which is always an added aggravation"
