"Went here to get my exhaust custom exhaust added and some custom piping done after the dealer removed my old exhaust (for whatever reason it was bad but didn't need to be removed) I went to about 6 other shops no one wanted to do it or quoted me some outrageous price like $4-600. This shop cut and welded custom pipes and put on my flowmaster exhaust system on for a grand total of $250. They were heroes got me in and done same-day within 2 hours"

"I bought a used truck and it needed a new tailpipe and muffler. I called Muffler Brothers and talked to Dave. He looked at the truck, gave me a estimate for repair that I was happy with, and had my truck fixed within a few days even with having to order my parts. Fast, friendly, affordable service that I would highly recommend."

"My mother took her vehicle into this business and had an awful experience. The car was initially brought in due to the car sounding different and concern over something failing in the vehicle. The team at Muffler Bros looked over the vehicle and mentioned the issue could be related to the water pump and tensioner pulley. Once repairs were made the following day they called to say the car was out of gas and couldn't be started so my parents then brought gas up to them. After putting gas in the car it still would not start. Initially they were entirely unsure what was wrong with it and why it wouldn't start and then came to the conclusion that the crankshaft sensor has failed. Car had to be towed to another mechanic because they could not fix it. They were insistent that the sensor had failed through no fault of their own and reiterated this a few times before having my parents car towed to another mechanic. The secondary mechanic company then looks at the vehicle and made the determination the car wouldn't start because they severed almost all the wires to the crankshaft sensor. With the amount of sensor wires cut the vehicle would not run due to having open wires from the harness being cut. Left with a $700 bill from the initial repair with Muffler Bros, which includes towing cost and $300 cost to have a new sensor put in since they cut the wires to the sensor. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to be left with a car that doesn't run from their error and incompetence."

"3/15/22 - My 2019 Ford Explorer developed an exhaust leak, and exhaust vapors were entering the vehicle. The Muffler Bros. got me right in, inspected the entire muffler system, and invited me in to see where the leak was. Rather than mess around with Ford and their parts department, the Muffler Bros. were able to cut out the defective part, and weld in a brand new piece for me that they had in stock. We had fun conversation along the way, and I paid a very fair price for their work. They were completely transparent with their diagnosis, and solution options. Will go back again with zero hesitation."
