"We drove over an hour to visit this location as we didn’t want to blind buy online, but the experience we had was way more helpful then anything else. The manager and our associate, Courtney were extremely knowledgeable about the company, products, and they were honest. I never once felt pressured or pushed to upgrade or buy more than I needed, and their attitude towards me never changed. I really recommend going into the store because the knowledge him and her both taught me was so much easier to understand then it would’ve been online, and for that I thank them both for their patience and time spent with me."
"Amazing, personal service. No pressure. Rebecca was easy to work with and honest. My husband really dislikes big purchases due to sales tactics. Instead, he felt listened to, and he loved reading the company’s mission on the wall. Rebecca answered every question he had. We are really looking forward to our new Lovesac!"
"Excellent store and even better staff. Every time I go into the store I am impressed. I have been greeted with a friendly smile. The staff is quick to answer any questions you may have . I assistant manager was eager and willing to rearrange the sectional in the position I was look for. He answered all my questions about different fabrics, seating and cushions honestly. Love my furniture very happy with my purchase"
"Horrible experience . If you don’t fit the mold of the costumer they target, they will not help you in store . Completely ignored not greeted or helped by the two staff working, for the 15min I was in the store with my family. Was there to order and pay in full for a sectional . I Had to call in to get any help in ordering . Pretty sad they judged and didn’t realize sometimes people that don’t fit their “target audience” might spend more than they realize. The old saying is true they Shouldn’t judge a book by its cover ."
