"We got stranded in route out of state on a Holiday trip. Walt was nice and got us back on the road the next day. He said he had to replace our torque converter for $2250. We were so thankful. Till a month later we are back in the shop being told he did nothing (didn't look like he even turned a wrench undernether) and we need a new transmission."

"DI NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK THERE They are crooked they charge me $1200 to replace oil pan they simply cleaned up the old one that I had on and put it back on I am in process of suing them they gave me the runaround told me to come get my money are they going to send the money back they were dead couldn’t get a hold of no one till I hired a lawyer"
"These people were very unprofessional did not like to answer the phone gave me a different story for four days charge me $3500 and I’m back in the shop right now for the same issues I’m seriously considering taking these people to court!!!! As I read the reviews it seems like people had good experiences… Maybe it was because they didn’t look like me a black man"
"We were having issues with our large horse trailer and were about 5 hours from home, traveling with 3 young kids. Walt (I believe his name was) helped us find a tire even though he didn't have our odd sized tire. I thought that was pretty awesome of him to go out of his way to help us even though he wasn't getting paid to do so. I definitely have respect for him and his company."
