They helped research different flooring that would hold up from the wear and tear of the wheelchair. Pricing was very fair and well communicated from start to finish. The installers were great too, always communicating and letting us know when they would be here in the morning and trying to accommodate with all of the furniture moving. "These guys know their stuff, but... After having an estimate done at my home, the job came-out over the estimate. They sub-contract carpet stretching, and the price for the amount of time spent on the task did not quite match-up. No offer was made for a reduction in price, which did not sit very well. The work was done well and quickly, but the price I paid was not in line with the estimate. Get an estimate in writing!"
