"Tyler and Brandon were very nice and professional. I wasn’t impressed with the end results. I had my hall, steps, and living room cleaned and deodorized on Wednesday morning… today is Friday and they are still damp, the steps are so damp still that you can see our foot prints on them after we walk in them. I’ve had my ceiling fans on full blast trying to dry my carpets out. The living room is almost dry and it does look cleaner, hopefully once the steps dry they will look cleaner. The odor is still in the carpet and a couple stains are still there. They were only there for approximately 35 minutes so that might explain as to why the carpets aren’t dry yet. Also my scheduled time was 12-5. They were at my door at 10, which I wasn’t ready for them. I thought they would’ve at least called to let me know. Unfortunately I won’t be using this service again, and I was really looking forward to using your services for my other properties but I will go elsewhere."
