"I had previously worked for this company. Therefore, I will share some of what goes on. The owner and a few of her employees (not all) constantly talk down to customers as well as the other employees. Very rude, mean, and extremely unprofessional. The favouritism here within the company is unbelievable. A few of the employees that are still currently there have said many times they hope they find a clients name in the obituary and Judy would sit there and laugh about it. Very very sickening. They constantly complained about everyone. There is soooo much drama there its unbelievable...truly.. If you one day decide to finally stick up for yourself, you're basically walking yourself into a deep hole. From my experience... I will never recommend this cleaning company to anybody.. whether you're looking for employment or simply to get your house/business clean."

"My daughter and I hired this service to clean her home before moving in. We asked for 3 things to be done so the house would be move-in ready. We asked for: 1: clean out kitchen and bathroom drawers and cupboards. 2: clean and mop all hard flooring. 3: clean all baseboards and trim They were to send 3 people for 3 hours. They were 15 minutes late and left 15 minutes early. Nothing that I asked for was done. There was hair and dirt in all the bathroom drawers/cupboards. The kitchen cabinets still have crumbs and even hair in them. Taking a wet paper towel to the hardwood floors, they were black. When I called to talk with the owner she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She interrupted me and did not let me talk. I called her directly to try and resolve the issue but she told me that she had a “bad vibe” about it to begin with and was not going to “argue with me” and hung up on me. I would never recommend this service to anyone! I’ve been in cheap hotels that were cleaner!"
