"Lets start from the beginning. I was greeted properly and was offered a water. So, we are good there. I was properly guided into the 2nd bay. Fantastic! Then disaster happens. I drive a 2022 Jeep Wrangler, for context. These 3 guys did not know how to open my hood. It worried me, alot! I came in for a Top Off, thank god too! I didnt even want them to check my oil or even add anything besides washer fluid. You can not have under educated or not properly trained people working there like that, let alone touching customers vehicles that cant/know how to open a hood to a Jeep. Not good business in a small town. Because next to owning a home, your vehicle is everyones next "biggest" investment. These boys didnt even check my air filter or adjust my tire pressure to 40 PSI. Again, not good for business in a small town. The shop looked a mess, so did the outside. Open a year and just looks awful. In closing; if this shop is going to be open on sundays at 5am-9pm like the reader board has said for 2months now, id schedule someone to be there at those times."

As a business personnel.. it gives me joy when I see hard workers who take pride in what they are doing in 2023. Super hard to find in these times! I highly recommend anyone to visit this Take 5! "The woman who did the work was excellent, as were the techs assisting her. They were very friendly and personable! We felt quite comfortable them. It was an especially great experience just being inside my ca through it and all!"
