"Limited truck parking, not for overnight. Food was good could've hotter. Restroom was clean. Staff was courteous. Glad to hear the Message the radio."
"This use to be a great location but not sure if management changed or what. I walked in and there was nobody in line or at the counter, waited a couple minutes...at least 3 employees looked at me waiting but nobody would take my order. Finally someone did. Food took a while as she said they were making fresh fries and nuggets I said that's fine. 5 min later the gave me my order.. fries nuggets were cold and soggy. I asked if I could get hot food they said it would take a while so I got refund which took another 7 minutes. So I walked in at 445 left at510 with no food....that was my entire break for the da. Guess I'll try to eat at 2am after my shift"
"This has become my favorite Arby's. The food was great, but the customer service was even better! Angela was amazing and is a Sweetheart. Very kind and offered suggestions to my menu choice that I did not know was on the menu. She really made the experience that much better. A+++"
"Absolutely the worse arbys experience of my life . Hardly any meat on all sandwiches one had a ripped wrapper and the Reubens had nothing but cheese and meet didn't receive sauces and had very poor service this place needs to be shut down drive to Delphos or celina instead of wasting 56 dollars here."
"When I pulled in the parking lot there was a man screaming about his fish. I figured if it was that good to scream about I better try it. I was not disappointed the fish was hot and tasty don’t let the looks deceive you this was very good quality. Sandwich was full of meat and not smashed like when I get it at most locations. The ladies working today did a great job"
