"I was traveling from Michigan to South Carolina when my van failed to start at a rest area near Van Wert. My insurance road service had my vehicle towed to Rex's Auto Repair. I called Rex's Auto Repair at 8:00PM and was able to speak with Rex about my situation. Rex started working on my repair the following morning at 7:00AM to allow me to get back on the road asap. By 9:15AM Rex had my repair completed and even picked me up at a motel in Van Wert. My family and I reached our destination in South Carolina that evening and returned home to Michigan a few days later without any further mechanical issues. Rex's repair was not only very expedient and thorough, but also cost effective. Rex was very friendly, helpful, and didn't take advantage of my misfortune. I highly recommend Rex's Auto Repair."
