"The genius shop manager Hunter and his tech didn’t put an o ring back on fuel filter while doing a pm on my truck. Made me tow it after assuring me they checked and everything was installed properly. Sat at freightliner two days to be told whoever did the pm screwed up. Loves corporate wouldn’t reimburse for pm bill only for tow and dealer charges. And no down time. Stay away they are some genius mechanics working here. Run away. Can’t do a pm right will cost you money."
"They fixed a tire on the trailer. They were training another employee so it took longer. I don't agree with their policy of not being able to sit in the truck while they are working on anything, especially when they take the keys and lock them up in the office."

"I just had my truck serviced at Loves. My lines were leaking antifreeze. Chad was my technician. The place they bought the lines from didn’t send all the parts. They don’t sit around and wait for parts to be delivered. Chad went and picked up the missing fittings. He fixed my lines. Saw that my battery cables were loose and tightened them. Zach & Hunter in the office make sure you understand your repairs and billing and explain every step. These guys treat you like family. If I’m ever in this area and my truck breaks down, I’m definitely have my truck towed to them. Give these guys a raise❤️!"
"The guys and lady at this loves shop are awesome. They went above and beyond what was needed to get me back on the road. And they were fast also. If you need repairs done while in this area I definitely recommend going by here."
